Having tried the smaller atom several months back and adored its madness I decided to purchase one of these as part of my holiday cigar order.
They smell amazing same hippy bong shop smell you get with the atom. The initial sweetness of the cap / wrapper on the lips wasnt as brash as the atom and the whole cigar felt a little more refined and mellow compared to its smaller counterpart. Very enjoyable smoke great construction, draw and burn was perfect. Overall I prefer the Atom for the full force experience and masses of smoke but this definitely has a home in my humidor, it gently imparts its aroma on other less exciting sticks like its trying to encourage them to loosen up and have some fun. Currently my favourite brand.

Im relatively new to smoking cigars so keep that in mind when reading this review. I purchased a box of 5 and my first impression was that these cigars smell fantastic, very rich and chocolately. As for the construction the wrappers on at least 2 of the 5 are wrinkled in places and look like they could easily tear and seams are quite visible, the binder/filler look fine however all 5 cigars feel very firm, almost rock solid. The draw is incredibly tight and I found myself having to really fight to get a decent smoke output, which for me takes away from the experience. As a cigar newbie I found the flavours to be very pleasing to begin with, earthy and woody with hints of spice that become more prominent on the retrohale however the spice was never overwhelming and the smoke was silky smooth. Unfortunately I hit serious problems about half way into the cigar, the draw remained very tight and I had to relight twice in 10 minutes! When it went out for a 3rd time I admitted defeat and gave up. The 4 remaining cigars will go in my humidor to be aged, I really hope I have a better experien

I’m a cigar novice so take what I say with a pinch of salt... A lot of Cuban for a very reasonable price! I got close to an hour smoke from this one so, value wise, this is an awesome cigar. And the flavours of young tobacco and wood are definitely there. However I didn’t begin to really enjoy this cigar until the final third. The draw was quite poor until half way down. The Cuban flavours are there but it doesn’t really develop until half way down, at which point it turns spicy. I would buy a smaller vitola next time but I think I’m more inclined to sample some new world cigars first. I’d recommend forking out a little more for a Montecristo or RyJ if you’re after a more rounded, complex Cuban flavour. Pleasant smoke overall, though.

What an absult pleasure cigar to smoke. Slow burn, plenty of out put smoke, light, over an hour smoking time you can get easy with this cigar

A nostalgic smoke for me. Even so I find I can always come back to this when looking for a smoke that fits a budget. Comes pre punched so no cutting necessary (unless you prefer yours cut). Another mild smoke that must of lasted me around 40-50 minutes. Even burn and solid construction. No complaints!

Purchased on a recommendation from Evan at the Liverpool store.
Initial look and smell ok. Once lit the burn was very even and draw was good. However this was just not for me. I found it to be a very rough smoke. Not well balanced at all.
A little surprised this was recommended along with a Montecristo No5 as they are incomparable. In my opinion there are better Cubans out there for the same money.
