The Mitchellero Novellini turned out to be a really enjoyable smoke. I left it out on my desk for about six hours before lighting up, and it performed beautifully. It produced loads of smoke, something I really like, and burned evenly throughout the whole cigar. Each third brought a slightly different flavour, which kept it interesting right to the end.
I’ve noticed with the larger ring gauge cigars like this one, I can take more frequent draws without the end getting too hot or flaring up. Towards the finish it did start to warm a bit, so I grabbed my nub tool and managed to enjoy the last bit comfortably. For me, this cigar hit a lovely balance of flavour, smoke output, and overall experience, definitely one I’ll keep stocked in the humidor for when I’ve got the time to sit and savour it.

The Mitchellero Novellini was a straightforward smoke that felt very much like an everyday kind of cigar. It’s small and quick, which makes it convenient, but it doesn’t deliver the same depth as some of the larger formats. Flavor-wise, it’s earthy and woody with just a touch of pepper, but it stays fairly one-dimensional throughout. The draw was a bit tight on the one I smoked, though still manageable. The burn was mostly even, and the ash held on better than I expected for a smaller cigar. This isn’t a complex or fancy smoke, but I can see it being handy for situations where you don’t have time for a full robusto or corona. It has a rustic charm, but compared to the Mitchellero Robusto, it felt a little underwhelming. The strength is mild-to-medium, so it’s easy enough for a beginner to handle, though it doesn’t really deliver the same satisfaction as some of the other cigars I’ve tried. Overall, I’d say it works as a casual or quick smoke, but it wouldn’t be my first choice if I had more time.

Just tried this thick stick, had plenty of the standard size mitchelleros.Lovely. Not sure if I’ll move to these over the aforementioned..When I’m not abroad buying my allowance of Nicaraguans.Cgars have never let me down and are my go too, but,Great Britain taxes etc really rub me the wrong way and I hate paying triple! If you haven’t tried mitchelleros,do so now.

Bought 10 on a 'flash sale' and got 2 free, purely to take a chance on them. I absolutely love these chunky little sticks! For the money they burn really evenly and well and for me the taste is great ( I always think the taste is subjective to each individual).
I love the 60 ring gauge and aways want them to last longer! Will definitely buy again

This was a nicely made cigar that burnt consistently and evenly, requiring only one minor touch up during the 50 minute smoke. The draw was excellent via a V-cut, and it held a nice 3cm white ash. Great for the price, but sadly not quite to my personal taste - I found the first third quite bitter though it lessened after that, but I do like the large ring guage.
As a newer smoker I really like a mild and creamy connecticut, and this was definitely a little fuller in flavour. Well worth a punt at this price though.
