Great draw, with plenty of smoke and solid ash.
Flavours are coffee like, that is subtly chocolaty and woody with hints of pepper.
I have smoked an unknown aged one where the pepper was more notable, as well as an aged one from a 2003 sampler - where the pepper seemed toned down.
Both were pure pleasure!
