Produced by Charles Mackinlay & Co Ltd, this was bottled as a tribute to five generations of Mackinlay’s blending experience.

A 5cl miniature of the Portuguese import.

Please note as this is a vintage whisky, conditions of bottle/label and liquid level can vary.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Delicate aromas of crushed apple, pear as the spirit itself is exciting and vibrant with attractive notes of oak shavings that release hints of buttery vanilla, creamy caramel and nutmeg.

Palate: These enticing flavours linger lovingly on the palate but are soon combined by a sensual, complex array of creme brulee, orange rind and freshly baked bread.

Finish: A remarkable whisky full of tantalising taste sensations which truly rewards the palate.
