Description

A rare opportunity to own a piece of Glenallachie history.

This exceptional single cask is a C.Gars Malt exclusive release for Dominique London, one of just 296 bottles in existence.

Distilled in 2015, this whisky spent its first four years maturing in American Oak from either Heaven Hill or Buffalo Trace, two of Kentucky's most celebrated distilleries, before being transferred into a Ruby Port Hogshead for a further six years of secondary maturation.

The result is a whisky of remarkable depth, complexity and character.

About Glenallachie
Nestled in the heart of Speyside, GlenAllachie Distillery sits in the shadow of Ben Rinnes in the village of Aberlour. Founded in 1967, the distillery is renowned for its exceptionally slow distillation process and a vast array of carefully selected casks, which together produce whiskies of extraordinary richness and depth. GlenAllachie is one of Speyside's hidden gems, increasingly celebrated by enthusiasts and collectors worldwide for the quality and integrity of its releases.

About Billy Walker, Master Distiller
Few names carry as much weight in the Scotch whisky world as Billy Walker. With over five decades of experience in the industry, Billy acquired GlenAllachie in 2017 alongside a small group of partners and has since transformed it into one of Scotland's most talked about distilleries. His philosophy is rooted in patience, craft and an uncompromising commitment to cask quality. Every bottle that leaves GlenAllachie bears the mark of his expertise and passion for the spirit.
