This rare release was distilled in 2011 and matured for 14 years in a hogshead.

Strathmill Distillery, nestled in Keith, Speyside, began life as a flour mill before being converted to a whisky distillery in 1891.

Known for its light, grassy spirit, almost all production goes into blends, especially in the famous JB, with the only single malt release on the market being as part of the “Flora & Fauna” range, making this single cask single malt release a rare and intriguing find!
