Fettercairn Warehouse 2 Release No.003 - 50.6% 70cl
The third release in The Collection, Warehouse 2 Batch No.003 has been crafted using a handpicked selection of Ex-Bourbon Barrels, Rum Barrels and French Red Wine Barriques.
Filled with spirit that flowed from the Fettercairn stills in 2015 and has since been maturing in Fettercairn Warehouse 2, and bottled in 2022.

2015 Ex Bourbon Barrels - 57%
2015 Rum Barrels - 16%
2015 French Red Wine Barriques - 27%
It is a rare and remarkable single malt shaped by its maturation in its own unique dunnage environment and then crafted through the expert combination of three different cask types to reveal a whisky of distinctive character – one displaying the wonderful Fettercairn house-style that is abundant with tropical flavours and soft spice.

Nose: Vanilla, dark chocolate, English marmalade, and sweet liquorice
Palate: Chocolate raisins, citrus fruits, rich coffee, nutmeg, and spice
Finish: Stewed fruits and toffee
Fettercairn Warehouse 2 Release No.003 - 50.6% 70cl
Nose: Warm honey, Alphonso mangos, brioche, cocoa, subtle forest fruits and waves of rose water.
Palate: Passion fruit, papaya, red berries and grape must harmonised with sugared almonds, patisserie spice and heather honey.
Finish: Abundant with tropical flavours and soft spice.
