Silencio tobacco seeds are meticulously selected by agronomists and are raised in special climate controlled greenhouses. The plants are raised in nutrient-rich soil where experts continually monitor the tobacco to ensure that each leaf bears the specific characteristics set forth for Silencio.

While the Silencio leaves hang in the curing barns, the agronomists monitor the tobacco closely as the leaves express moisture and release their natural sugars. This is when the unique flavour of Silencio begins to take shape. Ever Silencio is then handcrafted by master cigars makers renowned for their exceptional skill.

During each step of the cigar making process, numerous tests are performed to ensure every Silencio lives up to their exacting standards.

Underneath its mouthwatering dark wrapper is a Honduran-grown Connecticut binder and a filler composed of Honduran and Nicaraguan leaves. The blend uses proprietary tobacco that comes from Jamastran and La Entrada in Honduras, as well as Esteli and Condega in Nicaragua.
