Description

An awesome rum - winner of a Platinum medal and ranked first by The Beverage Testing Institute, being awarded with a whopping 98 points!

A truly superb Guatemalan rum, blended using the solera system, the result is sublime stuff. This was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Very sweet and nutty, with yet more sweetness coming from honey and rich chocolate. Dark brown sugar, gentle smoke and pipe tobacco.

Palate: Very sweet and soft. Dark brown sugar, molasses, rounded, so gentle!

Finish: Thick, medium length and with just a hint of smoke on the tail.
