Romeo y Julieta Petit Julietas Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Thursday 07 July, 2016
Size doesn't matter when it comes to the Romeo y Julieta Petit Julietas. A delicious little smoke, packed with flavor. Notes of dark chocolate, oak, moss, and earth enrich this cigar. The burn is perfect throughout, aided by its sublime build. Draw is wonderful, as expected. An inexpensive fix, ideal for that twenty minute break.

Chinchalero Novillo Cigar - 1 Single

Not as memorable nor as pleasant compared to the Chinchalero Novillo Fuerte Maduro, but decent nevertheless. Dry, woodsy, with little kick. Pair this with a medium-flavored coffee on-the-go for a worthy smoke, though don't expect anything beyond acceptable.

Jose L Piedra Brevas Cigar - 1 Single

A decent smoke from the get-go; smoke filled with a peppery, woodsy flavor. Notes of pepper plant, spice, and oak wood power this little stick. Though not the best ash you'll find on a cigar, and most definitely not a memorable smoke, stocking up on a few is recommended, especially if you need cheap sticks for quick fixes.

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. I bought one of these based on the previous reviews that I had read and was looking forward to sitting out on the deck with a coffee and enjoying this cigar. Nevertheless, I cut and toasted (narrowly missing the remains of the cap peeling away) and then sat down to enjoy this smoke. Initially, I found the smoke harsh on the soft palate and back of the throat. I was getting a strong saltiness which wasn't unpleasant but the harshness was distracting from the flavour. Just as it began to settle down and get a bit more mellow, the burn began to grow increasingly uneven. The ash began to droop and then after only about an inch of the way down, it went out completely. I relit and continued but very soon thereafter, the burn became uneven again and a dark colouration started to develop halfway down the wrapper. It didn't lose the bitterness either. And then, another half an inch and it went out again! At this point, I was cursi

Nice even burn with good (strong) ash. Very mild and light with lovely aroma. The draw was actually quite tight and there were a few knots up the cigar! Would recommend though as it's very good value for money!

Romeo y Julieta Short Churchill Cigar - 1 Single

I've been wanting to try the Short Churchill for a while and I wasn't disappointed. What a great cigar and a perfect size. It had an excellent burn with strong ash and wonderful smoke. It was a lovely mild, sweet, nutty flavour and lasted me just under an hour. Thoroughly enjoyable.
