Ive tried this cigar as part of my monthly subscription box. This Alma del Fuego Flama is milder than its sibling Candente. Very nice smoke to be enjoyed with a good drink.

Very enjoyable. I slightly prefer this over the Candente robusto format as the slimmer gauge seems to work better with this kind of blend for me, seeming to be slightly more balanced and focused. Earthy, coffee, pepper, sweet spice and some occasional almond and cherry/stonefruit hints that come and go. There is also a slight underlying taste throughout that is something akin to charred meat. Lovely deep rosado wrappers.

For the spice lovers. I missed a lot the old Partagas style cigars. When I tried this for first time it reminds me a lot the old school spice of Partagas. A great go in new world for all Cuban Partagas lovers. David - C.Gars Ltd Cigar Ambassador
