My first foray into the Oliva brand will not be the last.
The Serie G introduces itself with rich coffee and chocolate flavours, a creamy and luxurious smoke which left sweet toasted-almonds on the finish. I couldnt help but smile after every draw. The chocolate moves aside in the second third giving way to a full bodied leather and darker roast coffee profile, earth and oak, there were some tangs of pepper but so mild I would discount them. The cigar finishes by toning down the leather and bringing back some of that earlier sweetness, this time in the form of the earth and wood flavours, a good ending to a great smoke. Perfect burn and build. My only regret is that I only bought one.

