The Mitchellero Robusto is a medium-strength Nicaraguan cigar developed by Mitchell Orchant to deliver premium craftsmanship, consistent flavour and exceptional value.

Measuring 5 inches with a 50 ring gauge, this classic robusto format provides approximately 45 to 60 minutes of smooth, balanced smoking time. Handmade using premium long filler tobaccos and finished with a dark, silky wrapper, the Mitchellero Robusto is constructed for an even burn and cool, controlled draw.

From first light, the cigar delivers a gentle natural sweetness supported by notes of dark chocolate and subtle roasted undertones. As the smoke progresses, cedar and light earth emerge through the middle third, maintaining balance and structure. In the final third, richer spice develops with a satisfying depth, finishing smooth without harshness or bitterness.

Tasting Notes

Phenomenal cigar for the price. Smokes like a premium cigar, excellent aroma and very smooth. Honestly for this price range I would say this is the best of the best. I even enjoyed it more than some of the Cuban cigars Ive smoked that cost 4x as much.


Sad to have to write this negative review, I love these, but this last order has been very disappointing indeed. Very chemically, tarry taste and aroma, to the point of not finishing the third out of the box. Each have been unenjoyable and Ill not be finishing the box. I have been smoking these for a while now, they have been out of stock so I have been enjoying the Peru. I was very happy to receive the back in stock email, so I jumped on and ordered a box and was looking forward to opening that first stick. Very toxic taste & aroma. Ill stick to the Peru from now on.


These are indeed a great cigar,i am sitting outin the garden smoking one as i type this review along with a cold cider,takes me about 50 mins to smoke,just about to order some more,good medium smoke,burns nice and even,please dont stop stocking these,great value too,i have some bigger more expensive sticks in my humidor but keep finding myself going for these Mitchellero Robusto cigars 👍Â…..Steve


I am far from being able to give an intricate taste review, I just know whether I like a cigar or not, and I absolutely loved this cigar. A real goldilocks smoke for me, as in not too strong, not too weak in either taste or strength. Given robusto is my favourite size, this is probably my go-to stick from now on.

