1x Classically Aromatic Gin 41.5%

Juniper and other botanicals are slowly distilled in copper pot stills and vapour infused with carefully selected botanicals – coriander, angelica, orris, grains of paradise and lemon to name a few. 

One botanical is kept under wraps and only found at altitude on the Isle of Skye.

1x Fruity & Floral Gin 41.5%

This fruity ‘Old Tom’ is full of flavour and packed with fruit including pears, blackcurrants, meadowsweet and raspberries which have all been grown in our distillery garden.

Misty Isle Gin Fruity & Floral is purely pot-infused with the fruits soaked for at least a week prior to distilling, as a result, this brings the most out of the delicate flavours. 

1x Salty & Sweet Gin 42%

Misty Isle Gin, Salty & Sweet, skillfully blends botanicals sourced in and around Portree, with a keen focus on provenance.

The gin features juniper, locally grown coriander seeds, angelica root, blueberries, meadowsweet stalks, and sea orache gathered from Loch Portree’s shores. Portree, the village home and capital of the iconic island, exudes charm with its painted houses on the Pier and the historic Apothecary Tower.
