Mermaid Gin 42% – Mermaid Gin is a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest, the peppery notes in grains of paradise and a hint of sea air from fragrant rock samphire. Refreshing and invigorating.

Mermaid Salt Vodka 40% – An essential ingredient for any well stocked back bar – an ideal flavour enhancer for adventurous cocktails, or a classic dirty martini.

Mermaid Rum 40% – Distilled using column stills and aged for between 2-5 years in oak bourbon whiskey barrels, this unique spirit pays homage to the rich history of Caribbean rum being transported to our shores via shipwrecks.
