I'm a fan of JLP,always good flavour taste and value, but in this Vitola it's just not happening.Draw is far to tight, even after spiking it threw the draw was tight, this is the second one of these iv had and the first was just the same, only good thing is iv now only got three left.

A must-have for every humidor. These are unique short filler hand-rolled cigars (and they are packed) like I would expect to find rolled on a farm in Cuba. Now it tastes almost like a Bolivar but heavier and more earthy. I would just like to mention this might be more suited to an experienced cigar smoker as the draw is not easy and the cigar makes you work to get the unique aromas out of it, but it is worth it. I smoke a wide range of cigars and this one is in my top 5 must-have as it is a budget cuban with attitude.

First cigar I have had that could not be smoked from the start, even after persevering for sometime. Could not get a decent draw. Unsmokable, waste of money and ruined me time.

Enjoyed some good cigars by these guys - this is not one of them. Not smokeable - had to throw it out half way through. Have another languishing in the humidor that I dont want to touch. I know these are normally good value but any cigar that is thrown out is not good value.

Disappointed. The draw was not good. Burnt unevenly. Struggling from start to finish. Only writing this review after enjoying a much better smoke tonight from a Bolivar No 3. Which was at a similar price and a far better smoke.

I bought three of these, my usual Inka Red half corona was (is) out of stock. The second one was perfect, I will get back to the first shortly. The second cigar burnt perfectly, produced good smoke and ash and might have put these in the frame for my go-to smoke. Even replacing Inka Red! But we havent covered the first Cigar yet. I appreciate that these are hand rolled so expect a little inconsistancy. However, from the outset the cigar did not draw, needed a real sucked-in cheeks suck to get anything. Then it started to unravel from the lit end. I have not previously see annything like it. I could see the ash from the whole structure from wrapper to filler separating before my eyes. About a third in I ditched it and lit a Monte no 4. So three stars so far. If no three smokes Ok I might re-order and revise my rating.
