Tasting Notes

Well constructed, pre-cut, machine-made, “Founder's Blend” Dutch half corona. Individually wrapped. Sweeter than the Corona de Luxe. Mild, aromatic, nicely balanced, smooth draw, pleasant aroma.

As a predominantly hand rolled smoker, I often find times where it is unnecessary and the lack of time in which to smoke even a petit corona, that is where machine made cigars come in and boy do the Dutch do them well, these are a really nice mild smooth smoke for when time is short, their sweetness is a nice touch too, they do have a very short finish. Sadly. But flavours are quite woody and earthy with a slight peppery grit and a touch of sugar cane like sweetness.

