A fine 12 year old Japanese whisky from the distillery of Hakushu.

Although some might say it does not compare to its older siblings the 18 and 25 year old it is none the less smashing stuff, being named the best Japanese Single Malt 12 Years and younger for a reason!

Nose: Light and crisp with fresh notes of cut hay and sweet mixed peels. Also present is just a hint of hazelnut and barley malt.

Palate: Clean with notes of fresh cut fruits, gentle barley malt and smoke. A floral character with citrus zest.

Finish: Sweet and spicy.
