Glenallachie 2003 Pedro Ximenez Puncheon Sherry Single Cask Spirit of Speyside - 54.4% 70cl

The Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival 2026 is one of the region's most anticipated festivals, celebrating the people and craft that define each distillery.

This year, we are bringing the festival to you with our 2003 Pedro Ximénez Sherry Puncheon Single Cask.

With only 597 bottles, this limited release will be available at The GlenAllachie Distillery and online for those unable to attend but still wishing to mark the occasion.

Bottled at a cask strength of 54.4% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, this online exclusive is a truly spectacular drinking experience. 

Nose: Brandied dark fruits, grilled honeycomb and caramelised muscovado sugar with mocha, treacle soaked orchard fruits and fig syrup.

Palate: Candied plum, raisin butter and mānuka honey, followed by molasses, dark chocolate and black cherries, with orange zest, mocha with cinnamon and crystalised ginger.

Finish: Long and rich, featuring molasses, lingering dark chocolate, and spicy ginger.
