Edradour 21 Year Old 2001 Sherry Finish - 52.1% 70cl

An stunning vintage expression from Edradour indeed!

This expression was distilled in 2001 and spent 21 years before a finish in ex-Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled at 52.1% abv in 2023.

This is an incredible sweet dram that is sure to keep you coming back for more. 

Only 1,919 bottles of this tremendous expression were produced.

Nose: Fruity sherry. slightly minty. cinnamon, bitter orange jam, chocolate and molasses. 

Palate: Sweet, creamy, very spicy. dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, cinnamon, datteln, plums, caramel, candied oranges, black tea.

Finish: Toasted aromas (coffee, cocoa), cinnamon, clearly licorice. A little sage. Dried fruits sound spicy.
