For a small cigar, these have a nice aroma, and are well-rolled for a small cigar. I've returned to buying Cubans, as nothing seems to beat their flavour, but, for a quick smoke, with a nice flavour and a good draw, I'd buy these again, especially at the price.

Just finished off my dinner and decided to have a few glasses of Kraken rum. I also felt the urge to light up another one of my sticks I just got in the post this morning. This was my choice for a 15-20 minute experience and I was quite suprised as to what I discovered. Excuse my typing, I'm a little tipsy. Taste: Started off pretty predictable. Mild-Medium woody flavour, little bitter but quite enjoyable. As I got closer to the center I started getting a small hint of fruits which lasted all the way to the very end although it got spicier as I went along. Leaves a nice presence on the palate for a good 30 minutes or so. Smoke/Body: Pretty weak, not so much smoke but I go for taste over this. Overall: For this price, it's hard to go wrong. I recommend this to all of you smokers out there that enjoy a nice tangy, spicy, quick smoke. 3* Overall. PLEASANT!

Well I guess for the money they are ok. But if you are looking at buying a Cigar for the first time they I would not buy these. Mine have been sitting in a Humidor for four weeks, so today I decided to light one up. Harsh is a word to describe the smoke. Burned well but it was not the most enjoyable smoke I've had. The other one I'll pass on to a friend whilst I try a Cohiba Siglo 1. Still have to find a Cigar that matches the Montecristo Tubos. For me I would rather save up and have a few great cigars than buy the cheaper end of the market.

Bought one of these Chicos and a La Invicta Panatella with the idea that, having smoked them both i would then decide which bundle of 25 to purchase. I went for the Chicos as i found the La Invicta a little harsh, and although slightly more expensive i thought it 'smoked' cheaper. The Chico and La Invicta both smoked for app 45 minutes, ash held slightly better on the Chico. If you want a 45 minute break from the world go for the Chicos. Ron B, Doncaster

The cheapest cigar i've bought, yet one of the best. For less that two pounds, it's a bargain. A lovely 20-30 minute cigar. Due to the small gauge, it's high maintenance when it's lit.

I have to admit that the previous reviews had put me off trying these but I am glad that I did. I found the cigar offered plenty to a smoker like me, it was very light in flavour and lasted a long time. It is great value for money, for what it is worth I say give it a go before you dismiss it!
