Description

Burning Barn Spiced Rum 70cl is a bold, flavour-packed spiced rum crafted from aged rum infused with hand-roasted spices.

Notes of toasted coconut, dark molasses, aromatic allspice, fiery ginger and bird’s eye chilli create a rich, warming character with genuine spice.

The brand is inspired by a fire so it only makes sense to  have a fiery spiced rum! Whole spices are roasted by hand in large copper pans before infusing the spices in an incredible aged rum. 

Perfect enjoyed with cola or in vibrant rum cocktails.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Initial hits of toasted coconut, smooth vanilla, and sweet dark molasses.

Palate: Rounded and full-bodied, featuring aromatic allspice with a distinct, sharp kick of Bird's Eye chilli.

Finish: Long, warm, and spicy, dominated by fiery ginger
