The H. Upmann Regalia felt like a really classic Cuban experience for me. Right from the start, there was that signature smoothness—cedar, light spice, and a creamy texture that made it very approachable. The draw was just right, offering a steady flow of aromatic smoke. Flavor-wise, it had a nice balance of wood, earth, and a touch of nuttiness. About halfway through, I noticed a floral note along with some sweetness that kept things interesting. The burn line wasn’t perfect, but it corrected itself without much effort. What stood out most was how refined it felt—everything was in harmony, with no harshness or bitterness. Compared to some of the stronger Nicaraguan smokes I’ve tried, this felt more subtle and elegant, though still full of character. By the final third, the flavors deepened, with more earth and spice, but it never lost its smoothness. This cigar gave me a real sense of Cuban tradition and why brands like H. Upmann are so respected. I’d definitely keep a few of these on hand for when I want something classic and dependable. Rating: 8/10

It was a bit of a tight draw but a really smooth smoke with just a small amount of spice. It took me 70 minutes to smoke this all the way to the nub with no issues at all. Its an anytime of day smoke for anyone. Will keep a few in my humidor for sure.

Well this has sat in my humidor for over 3 months. The sun is out and I thought why not enjoy a Cuban today. Well worth the wait, I like to let the Cubans sit a little longer in my humidor, just personal preference. Very nice flavours, nothing harsh, good amount of smoke. Even burn until just before the band so a little touch up sorted that. I like to enjoy a Cuban every now and again and I would smoke cigars in and around the £10 range once or twice through the week. You really can notice the difference, dont get me wrong some of those cheaper cigars are better than other Cubans i have had. But I do like a nice H upmann once in a while. If you dont treat yourself who will. Definitely worth having a few in your humidor.

Light smoke, but with perfect burn. Floral, spicy and peppery. A bit too peppery for my taste.
