Nose: Hints of vanilla, aniseed and ginger cake, with a savoury edge of white pepper, peat and a tinge of citrus zest.

Palate: Light peat develops into a richer, warmer smoke, buoyed by the vanilla, ginger, aniseed, citrus rind and tropical fruit notes.

Finish: Long, spicy and smouldering.
