The English Oloroso Cask is an unpeated single malt created by marrying three sister casks.

Matured in high-quality Oloroso casks, it offers rich aromas of toffee, apples, and chocolate.

The English Whisky Distillery was the first registered distillery in over a century and remain at the forefront of the category.

At a time when world-class whisky made in England was unthinkable, a father & son founders took a chance and kickstarted a category.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Lots of aromas of rich toffee, apples & chocolate.

Palate: Starts with juicy soft fruits, then buttery pastry with a hint of sultana and caramel.

Finish: A long finish with dry oak and slightly spicy end.
