Teeling Pineapple Rum Cask Whiskey - 49.7% 50cl

A full circle collaboration.

Two epic spirits collide in some fashion here in an exciting collaboration between Ireland's Teeling Distillery and Plantation Rum. 

What started out as Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum from Plantation being finished in casks from Teeling, has then come back to these rum soaked casks being returned and filled with Teeling Small Batch yet again, incredible!

This limited edition whiskey has captured the remarkable aroma and fresh pineapple notes from the rum, with the sweet and light approachable nature of Irish rum. 

Nose: Sweet notes of pineapple and citrus fruits. Lemon and oranges come through, giving it a nice tart edge. There is a delicate note of vanilla and caramel as well.

Palate: Earthy, with notes of oak and black pepper. More citrus fruits appear further adding to the tart edge. The pineapple notes are excellent alongside with earthy oak flavours.

Finish: Incredibly sweet, full of oak, pineapple and caramel.
