The Surfing Puffin Golden Rum is a delightful blend that combines the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean with a distinctive Highland finish.

This barrel-aged rum, with its rich golden hue, is carefully matured to achieve a harmonious balance of tropical sweetness and the smooth, warming character imparted by its time spent in Highland casks.

This beautifully golden rum is the product of vatting together three specially selected, imported barrel-aged rums from the Caribbean and infusing them with local heather and myrtle –as well as Seville orange – for a truly unique Highland flavour.

Perfect for sipping or mixing, it offers a unique taste experience that reflects both its Caribbean origins and Scottish craftsmanship.

 

Tasting Notes

Surfing Puffin Golden Rum features tasting notes of tropical fruits, citrus, earthy myrtle, and floral heather, balanced by a smooth, warming character from Highland cask aging. 
 
This unique Scottish twist on Caribbean rum also has hints of caramel and spice.
