Chai Spiced Scottish Gin is a beautifully balanced spirit inspired by the art of blending and global flavour.

Crafted with Oolong white tea from Assam’s first flush, it delivers zesty, aromatic character alongside sweet juniper and rich earthy depth.

Layers of exotic cubeb pepper, cardamom, ginger, and star anise create a warm, spiced profile with a delicate citrus lift.

Designed to be sipped neat or mixed, this gin offers a sophisticated harmony of bold spice and refined smoothness.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fragrant, with hints of spearmint and delicate flowers. Bright orange zest notes are prominent. Subtle aniseseed tones nearing the finish. 

Palate: Starts cool and fresh, like menthol. Deep notes of Oolong tea and sweet, luxurious spices (cinnamon, cardamom) blend with juniper. Citrus keeps it fresh as warmth builds, with pepperiness emerging.

Finish: A long finish with good spice. Clean, slightly sweet, and dry, with a lingering menthol note.
