The perfecto is my favourite vitola and this short is just right for my ideal smoke time. I got around an hour out of it, taking my time to savour it. Coffee and leather are the main tasting notes, which also happen to be my favourite, later developing some pepper spice. For me, this is the perfect cigar but the price tag will keep this one a rare treat.

My go to smoke if I only have a little time available. Well constructed and a mild creamy smoke. Good even burn. Nice flavours and good cigar for the price.

AVO Classic Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

This is a spicy savoury cigar. Starting out a little harsh becoming much smoother further down. For the most part it's a slightly bitter coriander spice (floral?) with hints of a nutty after taste. The savoury nutty flavour comes through much stronger in the final 3rd. Well constructed with an even burn, pretty good for the cost, but not really my cup of tea.

La Flor de Cano Elegidos Cigar - 1 Single

I would rate this cigar as quite light in strength.
The wrapper was a bit ragged around the foot and there were a couple of small tears in the body. It didn’t cut particularly cleanly either.
However, it was an easy draw and quite an enjoyable smoke. As I continue along my cigar journey I’m finding I prefer something a little bit stronger than this offering.
A pleasant smoke for the price. 3/5

Brilliant construction! A very enjoyable stick. I would not say it is as strong as other robustos but that does not take away from the amazing experience. Tasting note - walnut, espresso at the beginning, followed chocolate and leather, then the end pepper. Overall, it is amazing keeping into account the price as well. This is now one of my go to humidor top ups.

Absolutely lovely smoke. Will be adding more to the humidor soon. Quality construction. Ticking all the boxes for me.
