Cold draw had a slight hint of aniseed and hay. Very slight toothiness to the wrapper and a very slight hint of crystallisation after 6 months in the humidor. First half dominated by a strong but pleasant dry earthiness and a woody overtone, very little if no spiciness - perhaps a slight hint of cumin but nothing obvious. Second half the earthiness developed into a creamy coffee and a very faint herbal note. A luxurious feel to the smoke and with a very pleasant combination of flavours. The draw was impeccable throughout, although the burn was at times uneven it certainly wasnt the worst Ive seen and was quite manageable. Would highly recommend.
Ordered two last week and gave the first one a try today. Used a punch.
Smooth coffee and dark chocolate flavour and then toasty nuts in the first half and very mild. An initially even burn ended when the very thin wrapper split halfway down and the burn line went a little wavy. This did make it awkward to get a good draw. The flavour transitioned towards an increasing pepperiness, lost much of its sweetness and moved towards more of a bitter, liquorice type taste.
Never overpowering. Great for the price. Pleasant post lunch smoke and would give it a higher mark if it weren’t for the wrapper split issue.
The best cigar so far, I normally smoke infused cigars, but bought two of these and just lit one up, really smooth and creamy, no pepper, just a really nice easy smoke, good draw and plenty of smoke.
Excellent from start to finish, description says medium but its full of flavour. Perfect draw and loads of smoke too, would definitely buy more, a great shorter alternative to my current favourite (Michellero Sporty).
This is a great cigar. I have tried a couple of the Inca blend cigars now and I have been really impressed with the depth of taste to each one. I find some cigars seem ok at the start but then gradually slope away into mediocrity. NOT the Inka blend, Kept a good even burn from lighting to finish and the various tastes rolling around the mouth make you want to have another asap. I hope the experiment with the INKA blend carries on and that they bring out a Churchill size because if the ones I have tried are anything to go by it will be a great churchill. I am giving it 5 because I cant give it higher.
