Flying Dutch Senoritas Cigar - 1 Single

Sweet and tangy, Smooth light spice through 1st and 2nd third, Lightly stronger spice hints through final third. For a very cheap cigar it is a very nice smoke.

Ritmeester Royal Dutch Miniature Yellow - Pack of 20

Smooth Creamy, Mild throughout, final 3rd being hotter. A nice smoke. A strong contender for being my go to daily smoke. But I don't know if it quite gets a five star from me

Ritmeester Royal Dutch Elites Cigar - Pack of 5
Date Added: Thursday 29 May, 2025
Smoked three of five so far from the pack, Two of which were a little tight to draw maybe has something to do with being machine made and the small ring gauge I don't know. Has faint toasty nutty notes through 1st and 2nd 3rd's gets stronger toasty notes and hotter through final third. Not convinced these being an everyday smoke for me but will smoke the rest of this pack and purchase one more to see if the draw is different on the next pack. mild to medium medium being final 3rd. only 3 stars because of the two cigars having tight draws.

Kristoff Sumatra Lancero Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 26 May, 2025
At first a pleasant smoke in the first third. As it went on I found it difficult to keep lit. Had to re-light it many times and by the second and third part' it got hot and kept going out. Taste wise very peppery and could not detect any other flavours. Disappo and would not buy again.

Mitchellero Novellini Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 25 May, 2025
Had this in the humidor for a couple of months. This was my first 60 gauge stick. Fairly even burn although I had to touch up twice in the first quarter. This was part of a Mitchellero sampler deal and had the typical taste notes of all these cigars. Mild flavour for the first quarter improving into the second and final stage which had notes of chocolate and biscuit. Lasted over an hour and was mild to medium in strength. Having smoked this I realise I prefer a ring gauge of around 46 to 50 as I found this a little too wide to draw on. I don’t think I’ll be ordering this gauge Ada in, but good flavours and no harshness right until the end. Very good value. 7/10

LCDH El Rey del Mundo Royal Series Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 25 May, 2025
The Choix Supreme is a favourite mild warm weather cigar of mine so when these were on offer I decided to try a couple and they are absolutely one of the best cigars I have ever enjoyed. Don't let the mildness trick you into thinking there is not much to enjoy, like a good French white wine there are multiple subtle layers to discover. Hazelnut, marshmallow, citrus, cedar and the usual El Ray Del Mundo sweetness are all there and the flavour profile subtly changes throughout. I paired it with a glass of port and it was a perfect way to enjoy a Spring evening in the garden.
