Chinchalero Torpeditos Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 21 September, 2009
This cigar was a real let down for me. The first few draws were very nice with lots of pleasent flavours. After that it became very woody and harsh. After the halfway point it became pleasent again for about 1/2 an inch and then switched back to being harsh. When it got down to 2 to 2 and a half inches alot of heat began transferring in the draw. Perhaps as suggested in another review below its a mixed bag as to whether you get a good one or bad one Had the flavour carried through the whole thing I could have forgiven the heat but the flavour was just so uneven and rough at times. Perhaps it'll benifit with some aging but I'd be hesitent to buy more than 1 or 2 until I knew for sure age would improve them or I knew it wasnt hit and miss as to whether you get a good one.

Davidoff Signature Tubos No. 2 Cigar - Pack of 4
Date Added: Monday 31 August, 2009
My personal favourite cigar. Mild, distinctively Davidoff, supreme quality, smokable to within a whisker of burning your fingers/lips. IMHO, the ultimate relaxed evening cigar - shame about the wallet-crippling prices (thanks Mr Chancellor...)

Jose L Piedra Petit Cazadores Cigar - Pack of 5
Date Added: Monday 31 August, 2009
A bargain of an after-lunch cigar. I'm not normally a Cuban smoker (yes, I know it's blasphemy), preferring the milder Dominican end of things - but these are a far milder than usual experience, and the smaller format stops them being a Cuban-headache-inducer. They're not particularly sophisticated or complex, but at £3.50 a pop they're a good value everyday proposition.

Montecristo Joyitas Cigar - 1 Single

If you are looking for a smaller slim gauge cigar, this is probably your best bet. Workable draw, smooth with an underlying creaminess. Superior to the Cohiba panatelas.

Partagas Lusitanias Cigar - 1 Single

Always delivers! A true king of Havanas, Full flavored, subtle spiciness, creamy overtones. One of the top three vitolas I have ever smoked. And one of the finest non LE cigars money can buy. Flawless construction and burn. If you sample one of these I can guarantee you will be back for more.
