Chinchalero Chicos Cigar - Box of 25

These are nice little everyday smokes. Not overly complex but they are smooth and easy to smoke. The burn is good and even, the draw is consistant. I'll buy these again. Shame they are individually wrapped in plastic in the box. I've took this off and stuck 'em in the humidor.

Cohiba Panetelas Cigar - 1 Single

What a joy! These little cigars are sublime. Just had one with my morning cuppa, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Started off quite mild, but as it went along the flavours developed and by the end had some punch to it. Excellent burn and draw. They ain't cheap, but well worth it! Now do i buy a box?

This cigar was a real let down for me. The first few draws were very nice with lots of pleasent flavours. After that it became very woody and harsh. After the halfway point it became pleasent again for about 1/2 an inch and then switched back to being harsh. When it got down to 2 to 2 and a half inches alot of heat began transferring in the draw.
Perhaps as suggested in another review below its a mixed bag as to whether you get a good one or bad one
Had the flavour carried through the whole thing I could have forgiven the heat but the flavour was just so uneven and rough at times. Perhaps it'll benifit with some aging but I'd be hesitent to buy more than 1 or 2 until I knew for sure age would improve them or I knew it wasnt hit and miss as to whether you get a good one.

I have to say I was sceptical when I ordered one of these to try, thought it couldn't be much good for the money.
I was wrong.
Very enjoyable smoke, smooth with more chocolate / coffee typ[e flavours rather than "spice", but not a bland smoke at all.
I found that it lit well, and didn't need any corrections, and drew excellently right throughout.
I'll be stocking up on a few more of these when I have some space in my humidor - they are an ideal cigar to enjoy when out for a walk.

Cohiba Panetelas Cigar - Pack of 5

Nothing else comes close at this size - believe me I've tried most alternatives now between £1 and £8 a stick and the Cohiba just blows the rest away. A proper grown up cigar: complex, smooth draw, even burn, tasty, satisfying, top quality throughout. They're not cheap but, as ever, you get what you pay for. Just bit the bullet and bought my first box of 25 - I'd rather smoke one of these a day than 2 Monte Joyitas or 4 Cohiba Clubs. I've treated myself to about 15 Lanceros in the last 2 months and have to say overall i prefer these.
