Arturo Fuente Don Carlos No. 3 Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Friday 20 May, 2016
I decided that I'd experiment with Non-Cubans for a change. Out of the four I chose this is easily the winner. Oily, sweet wrapper from cameroon mixed with up to 10 year old Dominican tobacco this one really pleased my palate. Sweet cocoa with a nutty and spicy edge. This is a flavour bomb!

Antonio Gimenez Panatela Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 10 April, 2016
Holy damn the price of this cigar... it's a nice little panatela, don't get me wrong, but it's not worth the price. It feels more like a montecristo purito, which averages around £1.50ish. Even a guantanamera purito is a bit better. The taste was "pretty good", nothing exceptional, nothing brilliant, but a pleasant 20 minute afternoon smoke. It's really not worth it. General quality seems pretty good. Reviewed by CigarHub on YouTube.

Arturo Fuente Hemingway Short Story Cigar - 1 Single

Best effort I have ever come across, superimposing a small cigar on a big one. It's a great try but I just don't think it works. Fine for the money but short changes the abilities of AV. Smoke half the amount and try a Bewteen the Lines. Now that's a different story.

Nice flavour, slightly tight draw, a bit pricey for such a small cigar

Arturo Fuente Hemingway Short Story Cigar - 1 Single

I by no means consider myself a cigar connoisseur, or even anything close, as I am rather new to the cigar world. However this cigar has quickly become one of my favorite and a staple of every order. Very smooth smoke, nutty and peppery/ spicy at the end (to me at least). Incredibly even burn with no re-lighting necessary, and can easily be made to last 30-40 minutes.

Arturo Fuente Don Carlos No. 3 Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Friday 29 January, 2016
This was my first Arturo Fuente cigar and I must say it was fantastic! The draw is a bit tight but nothing unexpected. The construction was solid and ash held for about an inch and a half. The burn was also consistent through about 2/3 of the cigar with a bit of relighting needed. The cigar lasted me about 1 hour and 20 minutes. In terms of flavor I found the smoke very smooth and creamy with hints of chocolate, vanilla and of roasted Barley. Towards the last 1/3 the taste developed into something much more rich and deep. As a novice myself I was surprised by the overall strength but was not overwhelmed as it came gradually and consistently. Would recommend to anyone looking to develop their palate. 5/5 Because I enjoyed the experience and quality.
