AVO Classic Uvezian Puritos - 1 Single

Decent little smoke for the price - good for a short dog walk of around 15-20mins. Good draw and even burn - packs a punch though, so probably not for you if you prefer a lighter smoke.

Alec Bradley Project 40 Toro Cigar - 1 Single

Superb looking cigar, I mainly smoke Cuban and have only in the last year or so really started to experiment with New World cigars. These for me are one of the closest Ive found to a Cuban flavor profile, the burn is even with a perfect white ash woody cinnamon mild start and the flavor starts to build from there, but always remaining smooth, it stays on the medium strength for second third with coffee and a hint of leather at the finish, this is the 9th stick out of a 2020 box and their only getting better with age! each one has had a medium draw that is very satisfying and they have all smoked perfectly. I would normally only smoke just over two thirds on most cigars, but I do find it hard to put these down!

American Blends Caribbean C (Formerly Caribbean Coconut) Pipe Tobacco (Loose)
Date Added: Sunday 16 January, 2022
This is one of the Tobacco that gives you the Promise of the Tin Note. Right from the very first down to the bottom of the Bowl. If you go Gentle, you will be treated to a full Coconut flour. And a very pleasant room Note. Highly recommended this Blend👌

Arturo Fuente Forbidden X Amor Sensual Cigar - 1 Single

Beautiful looking cigar, smell off the cigar upon inspection was faint... just a hint of manure. Draw was excellent... almost Padron level... very easy comfotable draw. Needed a slight touch up once when smoking but overall good performance. Burnt nice and slow. First third was surprisingly very mild, creamy, light sweetness... not just a tobacco sweetness, also of some kind spirit, like a cognac. Are these aged in cognac barrels? No real spice, pepper or earth to be found. 2nd third much like the 1st. Final third classic Opus flavours creep in, earthy, leathery, spice and i start to enjoy the stick but its there with a subtleness and sweetness... Clearly this is a well aged cigar but too delicate for my tastes. I think the standard Opus X is more enjoyable and i smoked a Short Story after this and enjoyed that a lot more. Forbidden X might be ideal for people who may not enjoy the harshness or strength of a standard Opus X.

A truly unique flavour, well aged, the best Philippines cigar I have smoked, by a long way. Very enjoyable, pure white ash and smokable to the nub! Very reasonably priced.

A truly wonderful cigar! Admittedly , I have not smoked an Opus X as yet, but this cigar was smooth, creamy and full of well aged Dominican leaf and very satisfying, long lasting and well worth a box ...without a doubt. Superb!
