Aged for longer than the XO Special - this Fine Champagne contains 85% Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie aged for up to 37 years.

Rémy Martin XO is composed of eaux-de-vie coming exclusively from the highest-quality vineyards of Cognac, the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Such eaux-de-vie offer an exceptional aging potential and are known as Cognac Fine Champagne.

Serving suggestions: Best enjoyed neat or on ice. For an ultimate tasting experience to enhance Rémy Martin XO flavours, compliment with a platter of parmesan cheese, bellota ham, dry fruits or dark chocolate.

Nose: Sultanas and vanilla extract. There is a refreshing hint from almost-ripe grapes. Sponge cake and a hint of rich Pedro Ximénez sherry.

Palate: Rich and spicy, with cinnamon and cloves. It also boasts some drying tannins.

Finish: Rich, woody and lingering.
