Rémy Martin XO is the signature piece from Remy Martin's Cellar Master, who boasts his expertise over 400 different eaux-de-vie.

His art of blending allows us to express the full aromatic complexity of this XO Cognac Fine Champagne.

Aged for longer than the XO Special - this Fine Champagne contains 85% Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie aged for up to 37 years.

Remarkably smooth, rich and mellow.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Sultanas and vanilla extract. There is a refreshing hint from almost-ripe grapes. Sponge cake and a hint of rich Pedro Ximénez sherry.

Palate: Rich and spicy, with cinnamon and cloves. It also boats some drying tannins.

Finish: Rich, woody and lingering.

This is my favourite cognac, so rich and smooth, so smooth in fact theres no burning afterwards. Very tasty neat at room temperature or with a little bit of ice. Aftertaste lingers a bit which I like. Overall the perfect cognac

