My Regius trimmed down because of damage and probably could of been kept in my makeshift humidor a bit longer, but saying that still a nice 20 minute smoke. A nice draw and burn. Hopefully can try a full cigar soon. Great price, buy you won’t be disappointed.

Had one of these cigars a couple of weeks ago bought at the knutsford shop. For the money I was very happy with it, draw was good as was the burn and build tastes is nice not a strong cigar. Took around 40 mins to smoke and tastes good right through to the even end as my fingers were getting burnt.

Sadly, I have just submitted a very poor review of the Regius coronas, but no such criticism for the petit robustas. I smoked one last evening which was a pleasure from first to last draw, and whilst it lasted a creditable 30 minutes with only two ash taps, I was sorry to let it go out, with very little left between my fingers. Well done Regius. Mild, complex and well formed, matched by a slow, cool and even burn. Will trade up to the full robusta next time that I am in the city and see if this pleasure is amplied by the laroger model! Why do I always buy them in singles?

A nice tasting cigar with a good body. Nice earthy flavours throughout and smoke didn't get hot, even at the end. Good even burn and drew very well, with a good solid construction. After taste was very nice on the tongue, no bitterness at all. Good for those 30 minute slots. I paired with a Pinot Noir red wine, not conventional, but seemed to work well! Overall a good stick for the money. Will order the Regius selection box next!

This cigar left me feeling puzzled and disappointed. After reading the favourable reviews here I was quite optimistic. Not sure what went wrong but the cigar tasted pretty much like a big cigarette. Lasted around 50 minutes. The draw was near perfect but with a normal draw I would get hardly any smoke... Had to draw quite hard to get decent smoke and it just tasted of smoke. Maybe I got a bad one but I won't be ordering again to find out. Reminded me a lot of the Quorum brand but didn't taste as strong. Not exactly a compliment.

I have and typically smoke a wide range of Cuban cigars. however this is somewhat of a strain on the back pocket!. Been looking for a "regular" smoke for some time i bought two of these based on reviews in a number of places. On balance i think they are excellent and something i will buy regularly and for all intense purposes hold a number of qualities you can relay to a cuban. I typically smoke medium to light cubans, so ranging from sweet to spicy with maduro wrappers etc and found this petit rebusto an excellent deep flavourful smoke over each third. the second cigar paired with a great bottle of red worked well. I would recommend to those who appreciate the qualities of a cuban but on balance need to address their spend....and wife!
