Redbreast 12 Year Old:
Nose: Rich with a kick of spice and refreshing fruits.
Palate: Good body with more spice continuing through, there are notes of nuts and citrus and the peel and juice thereof as a hint of sherry rounds the palate off.
Finish: Long and creamy with custard and spice.
Redbreast 15 Year Old:
Nose: Dark honey and marzipan starts things off followed by delicious caramel which balances things out nicely.
Palate: Rich and aromatic with liquorice allsorts, sugarcoated fennel seeds and a warming hint from cinnamon and ginger. Sherry and toffee finish the palate off in style.
Finish: Slightly drying with a touch of peppery spice.
Redbreast Lustau:
Nose: Rich infusion of dark fruits, prunes, dates and figs with liquorice, marzipan, toasted oak and Redbreast spices.
Palate: Creamy pot still with Redbreast spices balanced with richness of sherry finish and contribution of fresh Spanish oak.
Finish. Sweetness and pot-still spices endure while oloroso sherry and Spanish oak have the last word.
