What a pleasant way to spend 60 minutes. No peeling, no wavy burn line, no touch-ups just a nice smooth smoke all the way to the nub. Its an easy smoking cigar with plenty of ash and plumes of smoke, thoroughly enjoyable. This cigar is to be enjoyed any time of day and by anyone even people who are new to cigars this would be ideal. More needed in my humidor for sure.

I really enjoyed this cigar, it burned very well with an excellent ash retention, the flavours I got were hazelnut, a light leather note, a toasted biscuity sweetness and a mild oak that carried through, it evolved with a dark cocoa and coffee toward the latter stages, truly sublime! It was thoroughly enjoyable and I won?t hesitate to order some more.

This cigar is very well constructed with a solid wrapper, binder and filler that all come together to make a very consistent smoke that doesnt burn too hot and offers respectable plumes of smoke. I smoked using a punch cut and got a consistent draw on it for a 60-minute smoke, no re-lighting required. Ash holds well, only departing after reaching about 1.5 inches. Not particularly flavoursome but I do generally prefer richer cigars. However, the flavour was pretty consistent and offered pleasant toasted almond, almost butter-biscuit type notes. Enjoyed it with a coffee after dinner but it could just as easily be enjoyed as a morning smoke or afternoon treat. Its a good-looking cigar so would make a great gift without breaking the bank, especially for someone new to cigar smoking who might get nic-sick from a stronger smoke.

Really enjoyable smoke! My palette isn’t refined enough to offer tasting notes but it had a great draw and burn. Held the ash brilliantly, even outdoors. It looks great and tasted better. Slight unravelling of the wrapper leaf around the cap but that may be a result of an over zealous cut on my behalf - created no problems smoking though. Would definitely recommend.

With a slight oily wrapper and delicious vanilla hit on the cold draw, this cigar had promises of luxurious and complex flavours. I found this not to be the case, with the first third being overwhelmed by strong black pepper and leather, and the whole cigar having a generic woodiness that only really developed into a slight cedar note towards the very end. I had two very brief hints of coffee in the final third and I couldnt detect any of the sweetness or vanilla hints I got on the cold draw at all. What it did have in abundance was a consistent smooth smoke that was quite luxurious and the construction and burn was impeccable only requiring a one touch up to realign where the band had been (I have a theory that these huge bands are causing distortion due to imperfect humidification). Overall I wasnt disappointed by this cigar, I suppose I was just expecting a bit more in the way of flavour complexity and this was a bit two dimensional. If you enjoy a very strong wood flavour in your smoke you should give this one a try, it might be what you are looking for.
