Plasencia Cigars, the leading producer of premium cigars and the largest producer of tobacco in Central America, was awarded 1st place in a consumer cigar blind tasting held by Manuel’s, one of the finest and most renowned cigar shops in Zürich, Switzerland. The award was conferred for its Alma del Campo Tribu cigar, one of the company's first brand name cigars to be introduced to the market.

Plasencias goal is to use the best leaves of aged tobacco exclusively in their cigars leaving them in the hands of the best collaborators in the fields and artists of the factories.

Cosecha 151

Plasencia Cosecha 151 is a bold cigar that is brimming with flavour and intensity.

It begins with notes of Maragogipe roasted coffee and pecans, and the smoke continues with notes of dark chocolate and prunes, culminating in hints of cinnamon and oak.

This is a full-bodied cigar, and 100% Honduran. This distinctive cigar commemorates the 151st continuous harvest (cosecha) the Plasencias have accomplished, beginning in the year 1865.

Roasted brioche and dark chocolate are presented in this very easy-going but excellently crafted Toro. It’s sweet and creamy on the palate, while the finish is characterized by black pepper and toffee.
