Description

Made with the earthy notes of juniper, coriander, and angelica, complimented with the sweet, acidic flavour of grapefruit with an added twist of liquorice.
 
Made in St Andrews, Scotland, using natural spring water drawn from a sustainable local estate spring.
 
Cold compounded in small batches. Note that the high concentration of grapefruit can cause the gin to turn cloudy when chilled.
 
Best served with a premium tonic water and a fresh slice of orange to highlight the citrus and spice layers.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Clean, pleasant, and classic aromatic profile featuring crisp pine and bright citrus.

Palate: Extremely rich and balanced, opening with earthy and savoury notes of juniper, coriander, and angelica, layered with a sweet and acidic burst of grapefruit, a subtle liquorice twist, and a soft undertone of blended blackcurrant.

Finish: Smooth, modern, and long-lasting.
