Nose: Walnut, barley sugar sweets and classic earthy peat notes dominate the nose with a touch of salt.

Palate: BBQ smoke increases as time progresses. More sugar also follows through and increases on the palate with slightly damp earthy notes. Hints of tropical fruit and spice.

Finish: Elegant with barley and oak. Orange peels and tannins remain under control with juicy Demerara.
