Partagas Serie D No. 4 Cigar - 1 Single

I am really sad to say me and this particular vitola haven't really had a great relationship. After giving it 3 attempts I had to declare this one a 'one-to-forget' cigar. I have a lot of respect for Partagas and have given a few other vitolas the time of day to re-instate a love for one of the most recognisable brands. (SerieD5 Limited Ed & Serie PNo.2 have both been FANTASTIC!).
I'd definitely need some convincing about these. The tastes were too earthy, too harsh and a bit too bitter for me, in all 3 sticks. I've seen really great reviews of these cigars. This goes to show the true beauty of the cigar community, I love how everyones pallet takes to different notes and flavours and truly respect this highly popular cigar.
