very average mild cigar, didnt notice any stand out flavours. Not a bad, just a very average cigar and in my opinion over priced.

This should be a beautiful cigar but just not worth the money. Looks amazing and smells amazing but construction is just abysmal! Really wanted to love it - Plumes of smoke from the cherry but nothing from the draw... amazing taste when you get some smoke but Cubans are becoming more and more unreliable now.... Can someone do Cuban taste with new world construction?! Will save the 35 quid for a Fuente next time...

Appearance, wonderful. Medium oily wrapper, drawing me in to a luxuriant experience. Had one of these babies, to quote an American euphemism, last night. Impossible to evaluate, due to non existent draw. Tonight, from the same box, a tad better, but still very, very tight on the draw. Half way down, it opened up to a point that it was almost enjoyable. Smoking Habanos, of which I have a couple of hundred in my humidor, has now become hit and miss. I believe that the people who can change this have become complacent, which, for the consumer is highly undesirable. Now, down to the final third.Draw much better and wonderful Partagas flavours...very complex. Plumes of smoke..just what is needed to reaffirm my belief in Havana cigars at present. What could have been a great cigar is let down by by the employment of questionable rollers on site. I guess I’ll have to continue to play Russian Roulette and hope that one day, my dream cigar will manifest itself.

This cigar is awful. Draw non existent .Partagas really are losing the plot. DonÂ’t plat Russian roulette. You will most likely lose.

Smooth, Milk choc creamy profile overall. For me a 1 hour 20 min smoke to last inch and half. Sadly one I smoked had tight draw and burn issues. Lovely taste though. On that alone got give a four, if not for other issues would have been a five.

A whole lot of cigar! Not for the inexperienced or feint faint hearted, of which I am both. The 1st 3rd was beautiful. Full flavoured leathery smoke. 2nd 3rd started to take its toll on me, and by the final 3rd I was struggling with the spiciness and getting light headed. For the beginner I would recommend a much smaller vitola of Paratagas or a milder blend in the Romeo y Julieta Belicosos. I cant really give a low score as it was clearly a fine quality tobacco I was smoking and the draw was great throughout. It was just a bit too much for me. This may be one to revisit in 6 months time.
