A beautiful coloured, sweet smelling maduro wrapper. A generous cap for easy cut. Easy draw, totally even burn ,didnt have to relight. Lovely contrast of the ash against the wrapper. Initial taste of light spice, then chocolate and coffee and more spice towards the end. A medium cigar and a pleasant smoke. I will be trying more from the Oliva brand. Happy smoking!

Another great cigar from Oliva (who are becoming my go to brand) Loaded with great flavours. Beautiful construction and burnt perfectly. A must try.

For a Madura robusto this was actually a decidedly mild and easygoing smoke. Leathery and spicy at first, but as it developed more complex flavours were evident and it became much sweeter with notes of baked cookie, coffee and cedar. Altogether a pleasant 45-50 minute Saturday afternoon treat. It was a nice addition as the mystery cigar in the May subscription box which I would definitely consider buying more of and I can certainly recommend it as a good all round value for money cigar.

I got one of these in my first subscription box. It was the mystery cigar and what a pleasure it was I will certainly by ordering some when they are back in stock. This was my first Oliva, and as i am partial to maduros, I was always going to be critical. Nice draw with rich mouthfuls of smoke. Quite spicy When exhaled through the nose. Held it’s ash well and smoked right down to the last inch with chocolatey spicy flavours.
