A romantic companion to Old Curiosity's perfectly distilled gin.

The gin naturally changes colour when mixed with tonic!

Old Curiosity Distillery was founded by Hamish Martin and his wife Liberte and is based at the Secret Herb Garden at the foot of the Pentland Hills on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

Hamish is a qualified herbologist who spent many years in the whisky trade. Old Curiosity brings the two skills together.

All the gins contains botanicals grown in the Secret Herb Garden and they have also recently planted 2000 juniper bushes to create 'garden to glass' gins.

Best served in an ice filled glass topped up with a quality tonic. Watch closely and you will see the colour change when you add the tonic.

 A handy 4cl miniature bottle, this gives the perfect opportunity to sample what this gin has to offer! 

Tasting Notes

Apothecary Rose is naturally floral in flavour with distinctive juniper-led classic gin notes.
