Description

Small batch rum made from scratch using sugar cane molasses by independent producer Ninefold Distillery in South Scotland.

Made from award-winning Pure Single Rum, Celestial Spiced is flavoured with allspice, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and kumquat.

Celestial Spiced is flavoured with allspice, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and kumquat and sweetened with cane sugar at 20g/l, giving it a distinct sweet and rich profile in comparison to Ninefold's Dormont Spiced.

Perfect with lemonade or ginger ale.

 

Tasting Notes

It offers a sweeter profile compared to Dormont Spiced and includes a touch of natural caramel for added colour.
