The final chapter in The Macallan Harmony Collection brings us back to where the journey began: The Macallan Estate. Here, the story comes full circle through the TimeSpirit Dining Experience, a remarkable collaboration with the world-renowned El Celler de Can Roca.

Known for his playful spirit and extraordinary creativity, Jordi Roca brings a suite of whimsical sweet creations designed to perfectly complement this Harmony Collection release.

The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut is presented in an innovative material that gives new life to coconut waste.

The presentation box is crafted using paper that incorporates discarded coconut fibres. 

Using an emission free combustion process, waste coconut coir and shells are charred to produce charcoal, which imparts a natural black colour to the paper.
