We are delighted to present Longrow 18 Year Old 2019!

The Longrow 18 Year Old 2019 is a more heavily peated style of malt whisky produced once a year in the same stills as Springbank and Hazelburn whiskies from Springbank distillery, Campbeltown.

The 2019 release was matured in 60% sherry casks and 40% Bourbon casks before bottling at 46% ABV. 

Named after the long closed distillery (closed 1896) of that name, however one bonded warehouse remains to house the Springbank bottling plant. A slim connection to the name.

Limited to 1 per customer. 

Nose: Oily, tablet and salted jerky. Followed by heather, parma ham and smoked apple wood cheddar.

Palate: Drying, lemon zest, coffee beans, clotted cream, liquorice and cigar box.

Finish: Black cherries, cracked pepper, worn leather, salted roasted nuts and a damp camp fire.
